Meet Our Chef
Eric Holland
Eric Holland is the executive chef and owner of EVE Catering in South Tampa. With over 30 years of hospitality and culinary experience in the banquet and fine dining atmosphere, his style has been described as authentic Italian and French with a slight Southern influence.
In addition to being an outstanding culinarian, Holland has been recognized as an innovator and role model for the Tampa Bay community. He is also a certified educator, teaching culinary arts and nutrition.
His love for food and passion for cooking and hospitality is sure to create a strong (and delicious) reputation for Urban Lux. Holland stresses the importance of being involved with the city, and with that, considers Urban Lux to be Tampa’s centerpiece for events, celebrations & community.
EVE Catering is the in-house caterer for Urban Lux at Tampa Park.
Food and beverage minimums will apply for all events.
